Brian Beasley leads The Beasley Group at Compass, working alongside Nicholas on 30A's most significant transactions. His path here started in 2003, when he began his real estate career with a boutique luxury firm — work that grew into a Century 21 franchise, and later, a role with Coldwell Banker as a Previews luxury agent.

Licensed as a broker in 2005, Brian went on to help open Engel & Völkers’ first Destin and 30A Beaches locations, taking on management, recruiting, and training roles along the way. That range — sales, leadership, and the operational side of the business — is what he brings to every client relationship today.

He credits the work to something simple: honesty, education, and service that doesn’t let up after closing. An Auburn University graduate, Brian still treats continuing education as part of the job, not a formality — the market changes, and he'd rather stay ahead of it than catch up to it.

Off the clock, Brian is married with two young boys, coaches Little League baseball in South Walton, and spends what's left of his time on the water — boating, fishing, and occasionally on stage, where he's played guitar and mandolin for most of his life.
